Terms of Service

1. Using Nenpsy

Nenpsy is a photo collection service for events and celebrations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Your content

Photos uploaded through Nenpsy are stored in the host's Google Drive. You retain full ownership of your content. Nenpsy claims no rights over photos uploaded through the platform.

As a host, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from guests before collecting, sharing, or publishing their photos. Do not use Nenpsy to collect photos of minors without parental consent.

3. Google Drive connection

To create albums, hosts must connect a Google Drive account. Nenpsy uses the drive.file scope, which limits access to only the folders and files Nenpsy creates. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent new photos from being uploaded but will not delete existing photos from your Drive.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 24 hours — treat them like passwords. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@nenpsy.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nenpsy to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Nenpsy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service changes. Always maintain your own backup of important photos through your Google Drive.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nenpsy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or photos. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
